摘要
以球墨铸铁为实验材料,经激光处理成网格状的非光滑表面,并在常温下通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了其耐磨性的影响因素。结果表明,磨损时间和网格间隔对耐磨性的影响较大。
Taking nodular cast iron as experimental material, which was laser-processed into non smooth surface with grid shape, the influence factors on the wear resistance of the surface were studied through single factor test and orthogonal test. The results show that wear time and grid spacing have a great effect on wear resistance of the surface.
