摘要
微弧氧化表面强化技术能够提高金属材料表面耐磨性和硬度,但金属特性差异会导致膜层特性的变化。本文以ZL108铸造铝合金为研究对象,实验研究了微弧氧化电流与膜层厚度、生长率、相成分的关系,并探讨了其深层机理。为金属表面强化处理工艺的优化提供了参考。
Microarc oxidation technology can improve the abrasion resistance of the surface of metal material and enhance the hardness of oxidation surface, but the difference among metal characteristics will lead to the differences of film properties. In this paper, taking ZL108 cast aluminum alloy as research object, the relationship between the microarc oxidation current and the thickness, growth rate and phase composition of the film was studied by experiments, and its deep mechanism was discussed. This study provides a reference for the optimization of metal surface strengthening treatment process.
