摘要 胰岛素调节的氨肽酶(insulin—regulated aminopeptidase,IRAP)是锌依赖的氨肽酶家族的一员,并且是GSVs贮存的主要3种蛋白之一。IRAP能够响应胰岛素并且转运到细胞表面,其上膜性质与葡萄糖转运蛋白GLUT4极为相似。因此,实验室也可以通过检测标记的IRAP来监测细胞对各种药物的反应和GLUT4上膜情况,对发展治疗2型糖尿病的有效药物提供了新的靶点。正因如此,深入了解IRAP可以为GLUT4的功能研究和糖尿病的治疗提供更广泛的思路。 IRAP is a member of the family of zinc-dependent aminopeptidases, and one of the three major cargo proteins preserved in the GLVT4 storage vesicles. (GSVs) . In response to insulin, IRAP can translocate to the cell membrane, which is extremely similar to the membrane translocation of GLUT4. Therefore, labeled-IRAP was used to monitor the translocation of GLUT4 and the reaction of cells to many medicines, which helps provide new targets for treating type 2 diabetes. An in-depth knowledge of 1RAP will offer extensive ideas for the function research of GLUT4 and the treatment of diabetes.
