医学超声微泡造影剂空化效应的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 近年来,随着新型超声微泡造影剂的研究和应用,超声微泡介导靶向治疗可增强基因转染效率,提高特定组织的基因表达水平和药物浓度,是一种安全、简便、高效的靶向性基因转染及药物治疗的新方法。本文就超声空化效应和超声微泡的治疗机制和应用做一简要综述。 Recently, with the research and application of the new ultrasound microbubble contrast agents, microbubbles mediated ultrasound therapy has been used widely. The mierobubble mediated ultrasound therapy is a safe, convenient and effective method for target therapy, which helps to promote gene transfer efficiency,enhance gene expression and medicine concentration in targeted tissues. The mechanism and applications on ultrasonic cavitation and ultrasound contrast agents were reviewed in this paper.
