摘要 基于ABAQUS软件对T型三通管轴压胀形进行了数值模拟,分析了内压力、轴向进给量对成形质量的影响。研究结果表明:当进给量一定时,支管高度随内压力的增大而缓慢增高,但最小壁厚明显变薄;当内压力一定时,支管的高度随着轴向进给量的增加而迅速增高,同时壁厚差也迅速加大;当上冲头的初始位置为6 mm和摩擦系数为0.1时,内压力为90 MPa,轴向进给量为13.5 mm时,得到的三通管性能最好。 The axial compressive bulging process of T-tube was simulated based on the software ABAQUS. The influence of internal pressure and axial feeding on the tube forming quality was analyzed. The research results show that: when the amount of feed is certain, the height of branch increases slowly with the increase of internal pressure, but the minimum wall thickness is significantly thinner; when the internal pressure is certain, the branch height increases rapidly with the increase of the amount of axial feed, at the same time the wall thickness difference is also rapidly increasing; when the initial position of upper punch is 6mm and friction coefficient is 0.1, and the internal pressure is 90MPa; when the amount of axial feed is 13.5mm, the properties of formed T-tube are the best.
