摘要
研究了镦粗变形对TC18合金锻件组织和性能的影响。结果表明:由于不同镦粗变形区的变形程度和冷却速度不同,显微组织由锻件边部均匀的等轴α过渡到锻件中心细网篮组织;同时强度升高,塑性降低。
The effects of upsetting deformation on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC18 alloy forgings were investigated. The results show that the microstructure changes from symmetrical isometric a on the edge of the forgings to weave at the center of forgings, meanwhile the strength increases but the plasticity decreases, as deformation degrees and cooling rates are different at the different upsetting deformation areas.
