摘要
建立了一种测定人体尿液中盐酸克伦特罗的毛细管区带电泳一紫外检测方法,考察了实验参数对分离和检测结果的影响.在10mmol/L的硼酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=10.0),在进样电压~2kV×2s,分离电压~18.5kV,检测波长210nm,分离温度32%的最佳条件下,盐酸克伦特罗与人体尿液中干扰物质能够在2rain内完全分离.其最低检测限(以信噪比为3计)为0.5mg/L,线性相关系数(R。)为0.9986,加标回收率为86.0%~94.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.7%~2.9%.所建立的方法直接用于尿液中盐酸克伦特罗的测定,结果令人满意.
A method for seperation and detection of clenbuterol from human urine was developed by using cap- illary zone electrophoresis. The effects of the experimental conditions on the separation and detection of clen- buterol have been examined. Under the optimum conditions i. e. buffer solution : 10 mmoL/L borate buffer ( pH = 10. 0) ; injection voltage : ~2 kV x 2 s ; operating voltage : - 18.5 kV ; column temperature : 32 ℃ ; detection wavelength:210 nm,clenbuterol and urine were completely separated in 2 min. The linearly correlation coeffi- cient (R2 ) was 0.9986, and the detection limits ( S/N = 3 ) was 0. 5 mg/L. The recoveries of clenbuterol were 86. 0% -94.0%. The relative standard deviations (RSD) were 1.7% - 2.9%. The proposed method has been used for the determination of clenbuterol in urine, and the experiment results is satisfactory.
