摘要
慈善具有正义与关怀两种伦理意蕴。传统慈善的伦理依据是关怀伦理,而现代慈善的伦理基础是正义伦理;慈善伦理之重心由关怀伦理向正义伦理转型,代表着慈善事业由传统向现代的转换。慈善伦理之现代重构,应以正义伦理为核心和基石,实现正义伦理与关怀伦理的有机统一,为此要注意把握公域伦理与私域伦理之划界与衔接,规则伦理与美德伦理之分殊与联结,道德理性与道德情感之区别与统一。
charity; philanthropic ethics; justice ethics; care ethics Abstract： There arc two ethical connotations of charity--justice and care. The ethical basis of traditional charity is care ethics while the ethical basis of modern charity is justice ethics. The centre of philanthropic ethics shifts from care ethics to justice ethics, which represents the transformation of charity from past to present. The justice ethics should be used as a cornerstone of the modern reconstruction of ethical charity, and the reconstruction of ethical charity could seek a unity of justice and care. Therefore pay attention to the distinction and connection of public and private ethics, the distinguishing and connection of normative and virtue ethics, and the difference and unity of moral reason and moral emotion.
