刚玉晶体腐蚀像立体模型及腐蚀形貌动态演变

摘要 采用固定物质的量比的NaOH-KOH混合熔融物对刚玉不同结晶学方向的切面进行腐蚀实验,建立了刚玉腐蚀像的立体模型,并且以{1011}为代表切面,进行腐蚀坑动态演变研究。研究发现刚玉切面的腐蚀像能很好地反映晶体的对称特点,各切面的腐蚀坑在三维空间分布的立体模型和投影图可用于对刚玉晶体的定向。随腐蚀时间的延长,{1011}切面的腐蚀坑的大小,深浅以及稳定程度都产生一系列变化,说明晶体各向异性对腐蚀坑形态的控制需要一定时间。 In this crystal. The etch paper, Na0H-KOH mixture melt with fixed mole ratio were used to corrode a corundum figures on sections with different crystallographic directions were observed, and a stereomodel of etch figures were established. Taking { 101-1 t as an example, the dynamic evolution of corrosion was discussed. The results show that etching figures can reflect the characteristics of the crystal symmetry. Therefore, the three-dimensional model of etch figures and the stereographic projection diagram can be used for the crystallography orientation of corundum. The study can be used for the crystallography orientation of corundum. As erosion time increasing, the morphology of etch figures on { 10i-1 1 had made a series of radical changes on size, depth, and stability. It is indicated that certain time is needed to control the morphology of corrosion pits.
