摘要
针对兰炭焦炉煤气与空气混合比例控制具有强扰动性和时变性的特点,研制了一种基于模糊PID控制算法的兰炭焦炉气体比例控制系统,该系统通过对风机转速输出的快速调控,实现对焦炉煤气空气比例的高效控制。生产运行表明,系统能够实现回炉煤气和回炉空气比例的准确控制,对提高兰炭焦化炉产品质量与生产效率有重要意义。
The control of the coal gas to air mixing ratio in semi-coke oven is characterized by strong disturbance and varying with time. For this reason,a coal gas to air mixing ratio control system based on fuzzy-PID algorithm is developed. It rapidly adjusts the coal gas to air mixing ratio through the control of the rotate speed of blower. Production running shows that the system realizes the high precision control of the coal gas to air mixing ratio,which is important significance to improving the quality and production efficiency of semicoke product.
