摘要
为了建立液相色谱法测定抗坏血酸钠盐中糠酸方法,采用液相色谱检测,紫外检测器,C18色谱柱,柱温为30℃,流动相采用乙腈/磷酸盐缓冲溶液。考察了检测方法的检出限、定量限、线性、精密度、稳定性。该方法线性方程为:Y=51403X+2142.9,在0.5~10μg·mL^-1内,线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。结果表明,该方法适合于抗坏血酸钠盐中糠酸的测定。
In order to establish the determination method of furoic acid in sodium ascorbate by liquid chromatography, HPLC, UV detector, C18 column which temperature was 30℃, mobile phase with acetonitrile/phosphate buffer solution were adopted. The detection limit, limit of quantitation, linearity,precision, stability of the detection method were investigated. The linear equation of the method was Y=51 403 X+2 142.9,, and the method had a good linear relationship (r= 0.999 9) during 0.5~10 μg·mL^-1.The results showed that this method was suitable for the determination of bran acid in the sodium ascorbate.
