摘要 本文设计合成了硫醇的近红外比率荧光探针CySS。CySS以七甲川花菁为荧光发色团,二硫键为硫醇的反应位点。通过对其性质和应用的详细深入研究,结果表明,探针分子CySS具有灵敏度高,选择性好,且不受pH影响等优点,并且能成功地应用到活细胞内硫醇的检测。 The article describes the design and synthesis of a near-infrared ratiometric fluorescent probe CySS for thiols, the probe CySS has heptamethine cyanine as the reporter, a disulfide group as the thiol reaction site. The properties and application of CySS were studied in detail. The results demonstrate that CySS displays high sensitivity, good selectivity, and pH-independent. Moreover, we have demonstrated that CySS is suitable for imaging thiols in living ceils, providing a potentially powerful tool for thiols detection in biological systems.
