摘要
目的：探讨多爱肤超薄敷料用于治疗多巴胺所致静脉炎的效果.方法：将我科2012年4月～2013年2月收治的56例多巴胺所致静脉炎患者随机分为试验组29例和对照组27例.试验组使用多爱肤超薄敷料外贴在静脉炎发生部位,对照组采用50％硫酸镁湿敷静脉炎发生部位.7d后对比两组静脉炎治疗的有效率及治愈时间.结果：两组患者静脉炎疗效和平均治愈时间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,具有可比性.结论：多爱肤超薄敷料应用于多巴胺所致静脉炎效果显著,操作简便,值得临床推广.
Objective：To explore the effect of DuoDERM dressing on dopamine -induced phlebitis. Methods ：56 cases patients with phlebitis caused by do- pamine were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. 29 cases for experiment group and 27 cases for control group. Treating experiment group was treated with DuoDERM dressing, control group was treaded with continued 50% magnesium sulfate wet dressing. Observed effect after 7 days. The treatment efficiency and the healing time in the two groups were compared. Results：Two groups patients with phlebitis curative effect and the average healing time was statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）, with comparable. Conclusion ： Therapeutic effect of dopamine - induced phlebitis with DuoDERM dressing is better,it is not only used simply, but reduces the work load of nurse,and is worth to popularize.
