摘要
目的:探讨温肾化痰方加减治疗早中期脾肾阳虚证老年慢性肾功能不全的临床疗效。方法:将90例早中期脾肾阳虚证老年慢性肾功能不全患者,按随机数字表法分成两组,对照组45例,采用西医常规治疗;观察组45例,在对照组基础上温肾化痰方加减治疗。治疗后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:在临床疗效方面,对照组显效14例,占31.11%;有效19例,占42.22%;无效12例,占26.67%。有效率为73.33%。观察组显效27例,占60%;有效19例,占42.22%;无效12例,占26.67%。有效率为93.33%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组在中医症状、肾功能、血脂水平上治疗前比较无明显差异性(P>0.05),而治疗后和治疗前比较均有明显差异性(P<0.05),而观察组治疗后较对照组治疗后有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:温肾化痰方加减治疗早中期脾肾阳虚证老年慢性肾功能不全疗效显著。
Objective：To investigate clinical curative effect of Modified Warming Kidney and Reducing Phlegm Prescription in treating spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome of senile chronic renal function failure in the early and mid stage. Methods：90 cases of senile chronic renal function failure with spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome in the early and mid stage were randomly divided into two groups, each of 45 cases. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Modified War- ming Kidney and Reducing Phlegm Prescription on the baisis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared after treatment. Results： In the aspect of clinical curative effect, in the control group, 14 cases were markedly effective, accounted for 31.11% ;19 cases were effective,accounted for 42.22% ;12 cases were ineffective, accounted for 26.67%, and the effective rate was 73.33%. In the observation group,27 cases were markedly effective, accounted for 60% ; 19 cases were effective, accounted for 42. 22% ;12 cases were ineffective,accounted for 26.67% ,and the effective rate was 93.33%. Comparison of the two groups showed that the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The differences of two groups in the levels of TCM symptoms, renal function and blood lipid before treatment were not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） , but there were significant differences between before treatment and after treatment. While there were statistically significant between the two groups after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Modified Warming Kidney and Reducing Phlegm Prescription in treating spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome of senile chronic renal function failure in the early and mid stage has significant effect.
