摘要
单辊破碎机为炼铁烧结工艺的关键设备。生产过程中,该设备处在高温和粉尘环境下,容易发生故障而影响生产。为减少故障,宣钢对1#、2#烧结机单辊破碎机进行了改造。通过改造提高了作业率,延长了使用寿命。
The single - roll crusher is key equipment in iron - making and sintering process. Because working in environment of high temperature and much dust, it easily breaks and affects production. The single - roll crushers of 1 #, 2# sintering machine are reformed, and then the operating rate is increased, the work life pro- longed.
