摘要
宣钢X1215硫系易切削钢存在裂纹、结疤、麻点、表面起皮等质量缺陷。对缺陷部位进行检测分析,发现大颗粒夹杂物和铸坯表面针孔是造成质量缺陷的主要原因。通过调整精炼工艺和准确控制精炼结束时活度氧,提高耐材质量,产品质量显著提升。
There are quality defects such as cracks, scab, hard spots and peeling in X1215 sulfur - system free - machining steel of Xuan Steel. The defect parts are examined and analyzed. It is discovered the main rea- son is large- size inclusion and casting billet surface needle holes. The products quality gets obviously im- proved by adjusting refining process, controlling accurately the activity oxygen at end of refining and impro- ving quality of refractory materials.
