摘要
通过对钒铁炉渣理化性能的分析,确定了将其作为主要原料进行炼钢中间包永久层浇注料的研制。该研究生产的方坯中间包永久层浇注料使用寿命达到938炉,板坯永久层浇注料使用寿命达到1 023炉,远高于当期使用的中间包永久层浇注料600炉的水平,降低了生产成本。
With analysis about its physical and chemical properties, it is researched to use the ferrovanadium slag as the main raw material in the casting materials for permanent layer of tundish. The work life of the per- manent layer casting material for tundish of square billet reaches to 938 heats, for tundish of slab to 1 023 heats ; all is fast higher than the level of 600 heats with present used casting materials. The production cost is reduced.
