摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,公共经济管理和改善民生问题受到人们的广泛重视。公共经济管理在改善民生中发挥着重要作用,基于两者之间的密切关系,为了更好地完善相应的民生改善工作,政府一定要加强对公共经济管理工作的重视,加强管理职能的转变以及公共政策公平性的建设,加强各级政府对公共经济事务管理责权的合理划分,重视公共经济管理过程的开放性。
With the rapid development of social economy, issues of public economic management and improving people＇ s livelihood are attached great attention to. In view of the close relationship between public economic management and improving people＇ s livelihood, the government should emphasize the public economic management, enhance the transformation of management functions and the con- struction of the fairness of public polices, strengthen the reasonable division of public economic management responsibility and right of governments of different levels, and emphasize the openness of the public economic management process, so as to improve related works of improving people＇ s livelihood.
