摘要
目的调查了解南充市大学生的性行为现状,探究其规律,为大学生开展性健康教育提供依据。方法采取随机整群抽样的方法,采用自行编制的问卷,调查南充市4所高校在校生。结果南充市大学生性行为百分率男性(16.27%)高于女性(9.68%),且随年级的增长而呈现升高趋势,医学类专业女生性行为百分率高于非医学类女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同生源地学生、本专科学生相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。性知识的获取主要来自网络(30.19%),83.5%的学生希望将性知识纳入课堂教育,59.71%的学生希望全面了解性知识。结论大学生的性别、年级、专业、性知识水平均对他们的性行为产生影响,大学生要求将性知识纳入课堂教育,希望全面了解性知识。
Objective To understand the status of the sexual cognition and behaviors of college students in Nanchong City so as to provide the evidence for improving sexual health education. Methods The students from four colleges in Nanchong City were selected by using the cluster randomly sampling method and investigated by questionnaires Results The male college students had a higher sex report rate （16.27%） than female students （9.68 % ）. The students in higher grades had higher sex report rates. The female medical students had a higher rate than the female non-medical students. There was no significant difference between university students and college students. The sexual knowledge of the students mainly came from the Intemet and most of the students hope to leam it in school. Conclusiom The gender, grade, major, and sexual knowledge level of the students affect their sexual behaviors and they want to learn more sexual knowledge in classrooms.
