摘要
资源对于经济发展到底起到了什么样的作用?文章以"甘肃省社会经济发展变迁数据"为例,分析了甘肃省居民收入与资源型村庄之间的关系。研究发现,资源型村庄与居民收入呈显著相关性,即资源并没有对其村庄内居民的收入增长起到促进作用,反而限制了居民的收入增长。这一证据表明了甘肃省社区水平上"资源诅咒"的存在,而通过进一步的分析发现,资源诅咒背后确实存在着"东部主义"的现象。
How do the resources affect the economic development？ Using ＂the data of social and economic change in Gansu Province ＂, this article analyzes the relationship of resource-based villages and income in Gansu Province. We find that there is a significant correlation between resource-based villages an income, that is to say, resource does not promote the in come, but restrict it. This proves that the ＂resources curse＂ phenomenon exists in the village-c ommunitv level, and further analysis pointed out that ＂eastern doctrine＂ exists behind ＂resources curse＂.
