摘要
通过种子不同预处理试验,探讨了3种厚朴苗期生长特性,试验结果表明:在发芽持续时间的长短,发芽率,地径、苗高生长等方面,不同预处理技术措施之间、厚朴不同种类之间,均存在着极显著的差异。应根据厚朴的不同种类,选择适宜的种子预处理技术措施。凹叶厚朴、厚朴宜采用NK1、NG1,长喙厚朴宜采用NG1处理措施,进行种子的预处理,缩短发芽持续时间,出苗快而整齐,并有利苗木出土后的径、高生长。
Growth characteristics of the three kinds of Magnolia officinalis in seedling stage were studied by different seed treatment technologies.The results showed the extremely significant different in germinat-ing times,germination rate,basal diameter and seedling height among different seed treatment technologies and different kinds of Magnolia officinalis. The suitable seed treatment technology was selected based on different kinds of Magnolia officinalis. The seed treatment technology of NK1 and NG1 were selected by Magnolia Subsp.officinalis Rehd.et Wils. and Magnolia officinalis,the seed treatment technology of NG1 was selected by Magnolia roatrata W.W.Smith,the shorter germination times and higher germination rate ap-peared based on the seed treatment measure and after budding was most suitable for the seedling growth.
