摘要
提出用时域有限差分(FDTD)法分析山字形脊波导的截止特性,给出了真空条件下山字形脊波导主模的截止特性,并与其他方法的计算结果进行对比;分析部分各向同性线性均匀介质填充山字形脊波导时主模的截止波长,给出了主模截止波长在介质参数εr变化时对主模截止波长的影响;分析比较了山字形脊波导填充不同介质时的截止特性.
The cut-off characteristics of SHAN ZI ridge waveguide is analyzed by the finite difference time domain (FDTD) method.In order to demonstrate the validity of the FDTD method,the cut-off characteristics of TE-mode of the SHAN ZI ridge waveguide is calculated under the condition and a comparison is given.The normalized cut-off wavelength of the SHAN ZI ridge waveguide filled with different dielectric (ε r) has been given.The law,the relation of the normalized cut-off wavelength and the loaded medium width SHAN ZI ridge waveguide partially filled with different medium,has be given.
