摘要
员工帮助计划(Employee Assistance Program,EAP)是近年逐渐受到企业重视和采用的一项社会福利,它通过一套系统的服务来帮助员工应对工作中的压力,解决心理及行为上的问题。随着EAP社会关注度的提高,许多人开始猜测它的实际效果。
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a kind of social welfare which has been increasingly valued and used by enterprises in recent years. It helps employees to cope with job stress, settling both psychological and behav- ioral problems through a pack of systematic services. As the social concern of EAP keeps rising, it has been specula- ted that whether the function of EAP will be effective.
