欠发达地区高职人才培养中存在的主要问题与对策研究

摘要 虽然社会各界越来越关注高职人才培养,欠发达地区高职人才培养还是存在:思想品德教育乏力,软硬件设施陈旧、落后、欠缺,校企深度融合难以推进,高层管理团队管理水平亟待提高等问题,一定程度影响了这些学校的人才培养质量。要解决这些问题,需要政、校、企多方联动,加强对欠发达地区高职高层管理者的培训与管理;出台促进校企深度合作的可操作性政策,明晰校企合作各方的权责利;加大对欠发达地区高职的支持力度,创新欠发达地区高职思想品德教育模式、方法,引导学生树立正确的成才观和职业观。 Although the community is increasingly concerned about the vocational personnel training, the underdeveloped regions higher vocational talents still exists: the ideological and moral education is weak, hardware and software facilities are obsolete, backward, and shortage, the depth of the school-enterprise integration is difficult to promote, the management level of the senior management team needs to be improved, and other issues. These, to some extent, affect the quality of personnel training in these schools. To solve these problems, the government, schools, enterprises must work together to strengthen the training and management of the underdeveloped areas vocational senior managers and introduce some operability policies to promote the depth of school-enterprise cooperation. They must make clear the rights ,responsibilities and interests of the parties of school-enterprise cooperation . And the government must also increase the support to underdeveloped regions higher vocational education and innovate the mode and methods of vocational ideological and moral education.
