摘要
急诊科室护患纠纷发生的多发区,加强医院管理,提高护理人员素质,可以减少护患纠纷的发生。加强医院急诊科的管理,提高护理人员法律意识、沟通和学习能力、详细书写护理记录的能力,能降低医疗纠纷的发生,在临床上具有一定的意义。
