摘要
为了给水泵工业汽轮机整体转子锻件的国产化需求,采用碳当量分析法并通过将径向与切向取样实验数据进行转换比较,找出行业标准JB/T7022与日本东芝公司企业标准的差异。最终采用行业标准JB/T7022并合理参考东芝企业标准,实现了给水泵工业汽轮机整体转子锻件国产化需求。
In order to satisfy the domestic production demand of the integral rotor forgings for the feed pump industrial steam turbine, by means of carbon equivalent analytic method, and converting and comparing the test data of radial specimen & tangential specimen, discrepancies in Industrial Standard JB/T 7022 and Japan Toshiba Corporation's Enterprise Standard have been found out.
