桑葚多糖的絮凝纯化及其抗氧化性 被引量:10

摘要 采用ZTC-Ⅱ型絮凝剂纯化经微波协同提取的桑葚多糖提取液。通过实验考察药液浓缩比、转速、絮凝剂用量和絮凝温度等因素对纯化效果的影响,结合正交试验进行参数优化。结果表明:在最优的纯化工艺条件药液浓缩比15 mL/g、转速900 r/min、絮凝剂用量16%下,蛋白质除去率为30.14%,多糖损失率为2.21%;以半数抑制率(IC50)为指标,桑葚多糖的自由基清除率优于抗坏血酸和芦丁。 Mulberry polysaccharide extracted with the microwave extraction was purified by ZTC-] flocculants.The concentrated rate, speed, amount of floeculants and temperature on the effect of purification were investigated, and the optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments. Results showed that the optimum conditions were the concentration ratio of 15 mL/g, rotational speed of 900 r/min and the adding amount of flocculants to the used concentrated solution of 16%.Under the optimum conditions, the protein clearance rate was above 30. 14% ,and polysaceharide loss rate was above 2.21%.Compared with ascorbie acid and ruin of half inhibiting concentration( IC50 ) ,mulberry polysaeeharides showed great DPPH. scavenging activity.
