摘要
采用原位水热法在不同方式预处理的Ti材上制备Cu3(BTC)2(H3BTC为C9H6O6,均苯三甲酸)膜。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、X线衍射仪(XRD)等表征手段详细考察预处理方式对Cu3(BTC)2成膜的影响。结果表明:紫外光照射能有效提高Ti材表面的羟基化程度,从而有利于Cu3(BTC)2晶体在表面生长;相比紫外光预处理,Piranha溶液预处理的表面更适合Cu3(BTC)2晶体的生长;在Piranha溶液结合紫外光照射处理的Ti材表面能制备出较连续的Cu3(BTC)2膜。
Cu3 ( BTC ) 2 ( H3 BTC = benzene- 1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid ) films on different pretreated Ti sub- strates were prepared by the in-situ hydrothermal synthesis method.The effects of pretreatment on the film preparation were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscope (AFM) and X-Ray powder diffraction (XRD).Results showed that UV irradiation could improve hydroxylation of titanium surface, which was beneficial for Cu3( BTC )2 growth.Compared with UV pretreatment, the surface pretreated by Piranha solution was more suitable for Cu3 (BTC)2 growth.Cu3 (BTC)2 film was fabricated on the Ti substrate pretreated by Piranha solution combination with UV irradiation.
