摘要
目的 对部分脱抗原牙本质移植体置兔下颌骨缺损修复过程进行组织学观察。分析移植后缺损修复成骨过程。探讨与其它移植体的区别。方法 对 1 2只新西兰大耳白兔下颌骨体部缺损 ,移植脱抗原牙本质 (Partlydeantigen dentinum PDD)术后 2～ 5个月活杀 ,作病理组织学观察。结果 PDD移植后分别出现纤维母细胞、骨细胞、骨样基质、骨小梁、到成熟的骨组织。与其它移植体大致相仿 ,不同是牙本质的材料来源广泛 。
WT5”BZ]Objective The partly deantingen dentinum (PDD) were grafted to study on the course of bone healing. Methods Removed enamel and cementum of the extracted teeth dealt them with pratly deantigenic then transplanted them into leftside mandibular body defect of twelve given rabbits form the second to fifth month after operation. Killed three of them in each month, then took histology examination. Results Histology examination shows fibroblast and osteoid grew. Regenerative bone is formed after the transplantation. All the rabbits were primany healing and no immunological rejection. Conclusion PDD is weak in immunity and helpful for osteogenic action. It is good substitute for autogenic bone in bony defect.
