摘要
目的探讨循证护理在上消化道出血患者护理中的临床应用价值。方法将在本院进行治疗的200例上消化道出血患者随机分为循证护理组和对照组,每组各100例,循证护理组患者采用循证护理,对照组采用常规护理,对比分析两组患者的情绪改善率、总有效率、平均止血时间和住院时间等指标。结果循证护理组的情绪改善率为94.0%,显著高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.01);循证护理组的护理总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的81.0%(P<0.01);循证护理组的止血时间为(2.29±0.55)d,显著短于对照组的(4.76±0.79)d(P<0.05);循证护理组的住院时间为(6.15±1.21)d,显著短于对照组的(11.42±2.93)d(P<0.01)。结论循证护理可以提高患者的情绪改善率和护理总有效率,显著缩短平均止血时间和住院时间,对于提高上消化道出血患者的护理质量具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of evidence-based nursing on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 200 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated in our hospital were randomly divided into evidence-based nursing group（100 cases,treated by evidence-based nursing） and the control group（100 cases,treated by routine care）.The mood improved rate,average bleeding time,the total efficiency and length of stay of the two groups were analysed. Results The mood improvement rate of evidence-based care group was 94.0%, which was significantly higher than that of control group（75.0%）（P〈0.01）;the total effective rate of evidence-based nurs- ing care group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that of control group （81.0%）（P〈0.01）;the bleeding time of evidence-based care group were （2.29±0.55）d,which were significantly shorter than that of the control group [（4.76± 0.79）d]（P〈0.05）;the hospitalization time of evidence-based care group was （6.15±l.21）d,which were significantly shorter than that of the control group[（11.422.93）d]（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Evidence-based care can improve the mood improve- ment rate and total effective rate,reduce the average bleeding time and hospital stay significantly,which is of great sig- nificance to improve the nursing quality of the patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
