摘要
目的基于CT图像应用Mimics软件构建腕舟骨及其血供的三维有限元模型。方法采用新鲜成人手标本经灌注处理后,通过CT扫描获得数据集,利用Mimics软件重建腕舟骨及其血供等。结果建立了基于解剖结构的腕舟骨及其血供的三维有限元模型,各结构可单独、联合显示,可任意旋转,模型透视及多剖面显示。结论腕舟骨及其血供三维有限元模型的构建,可以为腕舟骨的基础研究提供三维形态学资料,为临床诊治提供客观的依据。
Objective To reconstruct a finite element model of wrist scaphoid and its blood supply based on CT images by using Mimics software. Methods With the datum from CT-scan of the specimen of hand,the 3-dimensional finite element model of wrist scaphoid and its blood supply were constructed by Mimics software. Results The 3-dimensional finite element model of wrist scaphoid and its blood supply was established and main anatomical structures were exact- ly showed.Each structure was displayed by the multiform solitude or combination. Conclusion The finite element model can provide 3D morphological data for fundamental research,as well as provide objective refrences for clinic diagnosis and treatment.
