摘要
偏头痛是一种常见的原发性头痛,临床多表现为发作性单侧或双侧搏动样头痛,近年发病率有上升趋势,患者生活质量受到严重影响。本文简要综述偏头痛的诊断和治疗进展。
Migraine is a common type of primary headache. Its clinical manifestation is paroxysmal unilateral or bilateral pulse-like headaches. In recent years, the migraine incidence is increasing, which seriously affects the patient＇s life quality. This paper reviews the progress of diagnosis and treatment of migraine.
