摘要
目的探讨金莲清热泡腾片联合利巴韦林气雾剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的效果。方法选择台州恩泽医疗中心集团路桥医院儿科门诊确诊为疱疹性咽峡炎患者340例，按就诊时间分为治疗组和对照组，各170例。对照组给予利巴韦林颗粒口服，10～15mg／（kg·d），分3～4次，连用3d；治疗组采用金莲清热泡腾片，〈1岁，每次1片，3次，d，1～15岁，每次1～2片，4次／d。利巴韦林气雾剂，首次使用lh内喷4次，2—3揿／次，以后每隔1h喷1次，2-3揿／次，2d以后4次／d，2～3揿／次，儿童每日平均剂量15～20mg，连用3d。两组5d后评价疗效。结果治疗组显效127例，有效37例，无效7例，有效率为96．5％；对照组显效81例，有效62例，无效27例，有效率为84．1％，两组治疗效果比较．差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗组热退时间为（1．41±0．53）d，流涎消失时间为（2．13±0．73）d，咽峡部疱疹消退时间为（3．16±0．84）d；对照组热退时间为（2．86±0．57）d，流涎消失时间为（3．79±0．94）d，咽峡部疱疹消退时间为（4．53±0．87）d，两组临床症状比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论金莲清热泡腾片联合利巴韦林气雾剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效确切，值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Jinlian Qingre Effervescent Tablet combined with Ribavirin Aerosol in children with herpangina. Methods 340 children out-patients with herpangina in Department of Pediatrics of Taizhou Enze Medical Center Luqiao Hospital, they were divided into control group （n = 170） and observation group （n = 170） according to their consulting order. Patients in control group were taken Ribavirin Granules 10-15 mg/（kg.d）, three to four times daily on 3 successive days. Patients in observation group were taken Jinlian Qingre Effervescent Tablet by one tablet three times daily less than 1 year old, and one to two tablets four times daily in children with 1- 15 years old, and Ribavirin Aerosol sprayed four times an hour and 2-3 presses per time, then sprayed once every hour and 2-3 presses per time, then two days later, prayed four times a day and 2-3 presses per time, 15-20 mg a day on 3 successive days, and therapeutic effects in both groups were evaluated after 5 days. Results In the treatment group, 127 cases were remarkably effective, 37 cases were effective, 7 cases were ineffective and the effective rate was 96.5%; while in the control group, 81 cases were remarkably effective, 62 cases were effective and 27 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 84.1%, there was significant difference in therapeutic effect between two groups （P 〈 0.01）. In the treatment group, the fever lasting time was （1.41±0.53） days, salivation disappearance time was （2.13±0.73） days, and herpes disappearance time was （3.16±0.84） days; while in the control group, the fever lasting time was （2.86±0.57） days, salivation disappearance time was （3.79±0.94） days, and herpes disappearance time was （4.53-±0.87） days, there were significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion It has a definite therapeutic effect of Jinfian Qingre Effervescent Tablet combined with Ribavirin Aerosol in children with herpangina, and it deserves populari
