摘要
目的:观察穴位贴敷结合药线点灸治疗痛经的临床疗效。探讨该疗法治疗痛经的科学性和可行性,提高痛经患者的护理质量。方法:将70例痛经患者按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组35例,采用穴位贴敷结合药线点灸治疗;对照组35例,采用口服芬必得治疗。观察治疗3个疗程后的疗效。结果:治疗3个疗程后治疗组总有效率91.4%,对照组为77.1%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(0.01<P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷结合药线点灸是治疗痛经的有效方法之一。
Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture points combined with medicine thread moxibustion treating dysmenorrhea. And to explore the scientific and feasible therapy to treat dysmenorrhea, facilitating the progress of nursing dysmenorrhea patients. Methods：70 patients with dysmenorrhea were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method. Treatment group 35 cases were treated with acupoints sticking combined with medicine thread moxibustion treatment;con- trol group 35 cases were treated with oral Finn. The curative effect was observed after 3 periods of treatment. Results ： After 3 courses of treatment, the total effectiveness was 91.4%, and of the control group was 77.1%, and the comparison of two groups was statistically different（0. 01 〈 P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：An acupoints sticking combined with medicine line point moxibustion is one of the effective methods of treating dysmenorrhea.
