摘要
分别从水利工程生态环境效应的内涵、评价指标体系、评价标准、评价方法以及相关学科的发展等5个方面,总结了国内外水利工程生态环境效应的研究成果,介绍了建立评价指标体系的模式、评价标准的依据和评价方法的分类,探讨了水利工程生态环境效应的未来研究趋势。我国水利工程生态效应研究还处于探索阶段,必须科学、合理地分析和评价水利工程对生态环境产生的正负效应,促进人类社会和自然环境健康和谐地发展;建立统一的评价标准、改进评价方法和扩大水利工程生态环境效应研究尺度等问题有待进一步研究。
The achievements of research on the ecological and environmental effects of water conservancy projects in China and abroad are summarized from five aspects： the implication of the ecological and environmental effects, the evaluation index system, the evaluation standards, the evaluation methods, and the development of related disciplines. The modes of establishing evaluation index system, the basis of evaluation standards, and the classification of evaluation methods are discussed in detail. Moreover, future study trends of the ecological and environmental effects of water conservancy projects are discussed. Research on the ecological effect of water conservancy projects is still in its exploration stage in China. The positive and negative effects of water conservancy projects on the ecological environment must be analyzed and evaluated scientifically and reasonably in order to promote healthy and harmonious development of human society and the natural environment. The problems of establishing a unified evaluation standard, improving evaluation methods, and expanding the scale of research on the ecological and environmental effects of water conservancy projects need further research.
