摘要
基于1990~2010年我国省级面板数据,在控制劳动、资本、对外开放等因素后,采用系统GMM估计方法,实证检验了人力资本积累对我国经济增长的影响.全国层面的回归结果显示,人力资本积累对经济增长具有显著的正向影响.分区域的稳健性检验发现,人力资本对东中西部地区的经济增长均具有促进作用,但对不同区域的影响效果存在异质性,其中对西部地区经济增长的促进作用最大,中部地区次之,最后是东部地区,表明人力资本的跨区域转移有利于促进我国经济增长,同时也有助于缩小我国区域间的经济差距,实现区域的协调发展.
The paper , based on Chinese provincial panel data from 1990 -2000, uses systematic GMM estimation method to empirically test the influence of human capital on China' s economic growth by controlling the factors of labor, capital, opening to the outside and so on. The regression analysis at the national level shows that the accumulation of human capital has the positive influence on economy. The robust test of different regions shows that human capital can promote the econom- ic growing of eastern, western and middle region. But the effect of human capital on economic growing has regional heterogeneity. And western regions' human capital has the largest marginal effect on economic growing, the second is the central re- gion, and the eastern regions' human capital has the least marginal effect on economic growth. It means that human capital' s cross area transfer have good effect on Chinese economic growth, it also have good effect on shortening the economic distance between different regions and realizing the harmonious development.
