摘要
用60%乙醇超声提取猫眼草根、茎、叶不同部位中的总黄酮,并以芦丁为对照品,用紫外分光光度计在510 nm处测定不同药用部位中总黄酮的含量。结果表明,芦丁标准溶液浓度在12.5~50μg/mL与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Y=0.011 5X-0.023 5,r=0.999 4(n=5),全草的平均回收率为99.60%,RSD为1.60%。测得猫眼草根、茎、叶中黄酮含量分别为20.30,16.32,23.53 mg/g,叶中的总黄酮含量比根、茎含量高。
Extracting the total flavonoids in different sections of Enphorbia lunulata Bge. by refluxing with ultrasonic-assisted 60% ethanol and using rutin as the reference substance,the total flavonoids in Enphorbia lunulata Bge. were determined by UV absorption at 510 nm.
