摘要
利用分光光度法测定水中溴离子的含量,酚红加量为0.3 mL,氯胺T加量为2 mL,乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液加量为1 mL,加入氯胺T后反应,在55 s时读取吸光值。与现有方法相比,该方法缩短了氯胺T的氧化时间,省去了滴加硫代硫酸钠的步骤,极大缩短了检测的时间,得到的标准曲线精度更高。这种方法成功的用于缝洞型油藏室内物理模拟实验。
UV Spectrophotometry was improved and then used to test the content of bromide ion. The specific test conditions were showed as follows: the dose of phenol red,chloramine-T and acetic acid-sodium acetate was respectively 0. 3 mL,2 mL and 1 mL,after adding chloramine-T,the absorbance values were read in the 55 s. Compared with existing methods,the advantage of this method lies in no adding sodium thiosulfate which can make the procedure of experiments more simplified and ensure the high accuracy of experimental results. This method was successfully applied on the laboratory physical simulation experiments for tracer technics of fractured-vuggy reservoirs.
