摘要
结合海宁应急广播系统建设实践,简单介绍该系统的建设背景、基本功能、技术方案和取得的效果,并指出建设过程中存在的问题和适应今后发展的思路。
Combining with the practice of construction of emergency broadcasting system in Haining, this paper introduced the background of the construction of the system; the basic functions, technical scheme and effect, and puts forward the existing problems in the construction of and adapt to the future development ideas.
