摘要
针对传统流量计存在的精度低、可靠性差等问题,研制了一种基于V型内锥的气体流量计。该流量计利用V形锥产生的压差,经压差传感器和A/D转换将压差信号送入AVR单片机,单片机对气体的温度、压力和压差进行测量和换算后显示当前气体流量。该流量计具有体积小、精度高、操作方便等特点,大大减轻了舰员的工作强度。
Aimed at the problem of low precision and reliability in conventional flowmeters,a type of cone gas flowmeter was introduced. The flowmeter use of V-cone press difference generated,the signal of press difference was sended into AVR SCM 'after transformed by press difference sensor and A/D,microcontroller gas temperature,perature, press and press difference of gas were measured and display the current gas flow after conversion.The fiowmeter was little cubage,high accuracy,convenient operation,the work intensity of persons on navaJ vessels was reduced greatly.
