摘要
简要介绍了门架试验台液压系统的工作原理,针对该设备在自动试验过程中出现的故障,通过对各组件功能及动作过程的系统分析,确定产生冲击的根本原因,最终通过完善电控系统程序,有效地消除了液压及机械冲击,实现了改进工作量的最小化和零成本化,在实践中取得了良好的效果。
The paper briefly describes the working principle of hydrauhc system of the mast test bed. In view of the faults appearing during automatic test of the equipment, the root cause of impact generation is determined through systemat- ic analysis for functions and action processes of each part, in order to complete the electric-control system procedure to ef- fectively eliminate any hydraulic and mechanical impact, minimize the workload and save the costs, which has shown great effect in practice.
