煅烧铟锡氢氧化物和氯化钠混合粉末制备铟锡氧化物纳米粉体 被引量:1

Preparation of nanocrystalline indium tin oxide powder by calcining the mixture of indium tin hydroxide and sodium chloride

摘要 铟锡氧化物(ITO)是一种重要的半导体材料,制备团聚轻、颗粒细小的ITO纳米粉体具有重要的意义。在500℃下煅烧铟锡氢氧化物[Sn:In(OH)3]和NaCl的混合粉末2h,然后冷却并经过水洗制备ITO纳米粉体。XRD和TEM研究结果表明,利用NaCl颗粒能有效阻止纳米粉体硬团聚的形成。ITO纳米粉体结晶良好,平均颗粒尺寸为18nm,尺寸分布窄、团聚轻。本工艺为合成无机纳米粉体提供了一种新的方法。 Indium tin oxide (ITO) is a very important semiconductor material. It is of great importance to prepare weakly agglom- erated and fine nanocrystalline ITO powder. Well-crystallized nanocrystalline ITO powder has been prepared by calcining a pow- der mixture of indium tin hydroxide [Sn:ln(OH)3] and NaC1 for 2 h at 500 ℃, and then washing with water. The X-ray diffrac- tion (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) study showed that NaC1 particles can efficiently inhibit the hard ag- glomeration of the ITO nanoparticles. The obtained nanocrystalline ITO powder with an average particle size of 18 nm displays a high crystallinity, a narrow size distribution, and weak agglomeration. This technique provides a new method for the synthesis of inorganic nanocrystalline powder.
