摘要 辉腾锡勒风电场V42-600 kW风电机组的刹车、变桨系统均采用液压驱动技术,通过对该机组的液压系统结构、工作原理及运行过程的介绍,结合多年的现场检修经验,对液压系统油温不正常、滤芯压差大、液压泵打压超时、工作压力低、比例阀控制电压与变桨速度不匹配等常见故障原因、排查过程及处理方法作了分析和总结,对该机型液压系统的检修工作提供指导。 The brake and pitch system of V42-600 kW wind turbines in Huitengxile Wind Farm adopts hydraulic drive, the technology are used in the current megawatt wind turbines. The article introduces in detail the hydraulic system of the unit structure, the working principle and operation process, and combined with years of experience in on-site repair, made the thorough analysis and detailed summary of the cause of the fault, the screening process and the processing method of the hydraulic system. Such as hydraulic oil temperature is not normal, big filter differential pressure, hydraulic pump on the timeout time, the working pressure is low, the proportional valve control voltage with pitch speed does not match etc. The article has guiding significance and reference for relevant professional and technical personnel.
