摘要
分析了内蒙古某电厂以中水为主要水源的反渗透装置膜污染原因,认为中水COD高、保安过滤器被活性炭过滤器杂质穿透等原因造成了反渗透膜污染、装置压力上升及出力下降。针对污染物的性质,采用十二烷基磺酸钠碱洗+盐酸酸洗的方式对膜组件进行了分段清洗。清洗后运行数据说明膜组件性能基本恢复到新膜水平,清洗效果显著。
The reason of pollution about reverse osmosis membrane was analyzed on a power plant in Inner Mongolia, which the main source of water came from reclaimed water. Believed that the key element induced pressure rising was derived from clogged inlet-side, since the security filter was penetrated by molecules from carbon filter. Meanwhile, the high COD content of reclaimed water and limited sterilizing effect had a major impact on membrane fouling. For the nature of the contaminants, the SDS and hydrochloric acid were adopted to cleaning the membrane module by sectional type, the performance of membrane module recovered to a new lever by mean of cleaning data, and the effect was obvious.
