摘要
针对寺河矿选煤厂原洗末系统采用湿法脱泥工艺煤泥量大的问题,借鉴块原煤分级系统驰张筛改造的成功经验,采用UFDB30100直线振动香蕉型弛张筛对洗末系统进行了3 mm干法脱粉工艺改造,不仅提高了末煤产品的产率,并大大降低了洗末系统产生的煤泥量,取得了明显的经济效益。
To solve the problem of high content of slime in wet desliming process in original small coal washing system in Sihe Colliery coal preparation plant, learn from the successful experience of reforming of flip -flow screen in raw coal sizing system, conducted the renovation of removing the less than 3 mm particles by dry screening with the UFDB30100 linear vibrating banana screen, it increased the yield of small coal product, significantly reduced the slime content of small coal washing system, achieved re- markably economic benefits.
