摘要
目的通过了解广西个人自付和病种收治情况等相关数据,找出影响医疗费用不合理增长的相关因素,为缓解广西医疗费用过快增长提供政策建议。方法分别抽取市级8家、县级12家综合医院作为样本进行调研。结果占住院病种例数和住院费较大比例的为常见病、多发病,单病种管理病种类别、数量及费用上差别较大。结论改进现有付费方式及管理办法能有效缓解医疗费用过快增长。
OBJECTIVE Though understanding individual payment, disease treated cases and other relevant data, identify the impact of unreasonable medical expenses related to growth factors, to providing policy advice as ease excessive growth of the medical expenses in Guangxi. METHODS Extraction municipal 8, 12 county-level general hospitals as samples for research. RESULTS Hospitalization disease cases which are on a large proportion of hospital expenses known as the common diseases and frequently-occurring single disease there are great difforenees among management disease categories and the number and costs. CONCLUSION Improve existing payment methods and management effectively alleviate the excessive growth of health care costs.
