摘要
目的:探讨丁姜和胃膏神阙穴贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻的临床疗效及护理方法。方法:将60例妊娠恶阻患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例采用丁姜和胃膏神阙穴贴敷联合常规静脉输液治疗,对照组采用常规静脉输液治疗,并且对其进行心理、饮食、治疗等基础护理。结果:治疗组在治愈率及头晕、倦怠、呕吐症状消失率方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周后治疗组的复发率也低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丁姜和胃膏神阙穴贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻疗效确切,加之有效的护理措施,提高了患者孕期生活质量。
Objective： To observe the effect and the nursing measures of hyperemesis gravidarum by dingjiang stomach harmonizing cream on Shenque acupoint sticking. Methods： The 60 cases patients with hyperemesis gravidarum were randomly divided into treatment and control groups; the 30 cases was treated with sticking on Shenque acupoint by dingjiang stomach harmonizing cream in treatment group, and conventional intravenous infusion in control group. All the patients were given ba- sic nursing, including psychological, diet and treatment nursing. Results： The treatment group showed better curative ratio and elimination coefficient of dizziness, fatigue as well as vomiting than the control group （P〈0.05）; The recurrence rate in treat- ment group was lower than that of the control group in 2 weeks（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Dingjiang stomach harmonizing cream on Shenque acupoint sticking can provide curative effect for hyperemesis gravidarum, and the effective nursing improves the qual- ity of life during pregnancy.
