摘要
文章论述某船集中空调机组的工作原理、出现的故障现象、故障原因分析、发生部位、损害程度及出海保障时应急处理措施、最终排除了故障的整个过程。同时,在解决问题的过程中,根据故障现象及系统原理,由表及里、由易到难,逐步增强目标性等思路,为将来在售后保障时,提高排除故障的速度、质量及准确性等方面积累了宝贵的实战经验。
Taking a patrol boat air-conditioning-sets as example, working principle, fault phenomenon, cause analysis, fault position, damage degree, emergency measures and course of fault removal are expounded in this paper. At the same time, valuable experiences are accumulated for high quality and high efficiency fault re-moval after sales based on systematic principle, creased objects and methods from outside to inside and from easi- ness to difficulty.
