摘要
汽车报废回收是汽车生产的逆过程,汽车生产方式变革最终将随着汽车使用年限终结传导至末端的报废回收,并对报废回收的生产组织结构产生决定作用。对目前兴起的跨集团间共用平台进行了分析,并探讨其未来对汽车报废回收产生的影响,提出应在汽车报废回收这一非竞争性领域,以共用平台为载体,建立以企业为责任主体的精益化汽车循环利用体系。
End-of Life Vehicles （ELVs） recycling is an inverse way of automobile production. As a result, the reformation of automobile production will lead to the change of recycling organization structure with lag effect of automotive service life. This paper analyzes the rise in corporation across automotive groups, probes the impact of shared automobile platforms on ELVs-recycling and finally proposes that automobile manufacturers should enhance cooperation in the ELVs-recycling which belongs to the field of non-competition and huild the lean manufacturing methods of ELVs-recycling system based on shared automobile platforms.
