摘要
通过对减量式沥青计量系统的结构组成与工作过程进行力学分析,确定沥青配料误差来源,建立与减量式沥青计量系统结构参数相关的数学模型,据此提出配料误差修正方法,并进行实体工程试验验证。结果表明:采用该方法进行修正,可将沥青配料误差控制在±0.1%以内。
The feeding error source was determined in terms of the analysis of reduction style asphalt measuring system's structure composition and working process, and the error source's mathematical model related to the structural parameters was established. A correction method for the feeding error based on the model was proposed and verified, and the result shows that the feeding error of reduction style asphalt measuring system can be controlled within ±0.1 %.
